Introduction
Hello people! I'm ZerX and this site is MUGEN - Up. MUGEN - Up is a MUGEN community, created by me, with the single purpose of giving people the download links to some of the best MUGEN games out there.

Also, I'm a MUGEN designer myself. I sometimes make screenpacks, add characters to them and create a full MUGEN game. If you want to download my MUGEN projects head to the forum.
